I gather insights from stakeholders, business goals, the competitive landscape, and user feedback to lay the foundation for strategy and UX artifacts. Whether it’s mapping user journeys, designing flows, or creating wireframes, I focus on tackling the heavy lifting early, setting the stage for a seamless transition to UI design.

Jira

Although Jira is typically a product management tool, design and dev play a crucial role in shaping user stories, making it a shared responsibility in some organizations.

Powerpoint / Keynote

As funny as it may sound, these were tools 'back in the day' often used for information architecture and flows.

Azure

I have familiarity using this in the past, but I am presently using Figma and FigJam. If needed I can re-familiarize myself with Azure if your team uses it.

I have used full story on production environments. I find it good for mining insights, such as task completion, drop outs, points of frustration (rage clicking).

Miro

Although this is not my primary tool… it is a very close second! I usually jump on Miro when teams prefer to use this (much easier for licensing for non designers team members).

FigJam

FigJam is my go-to tool for everything from brainstorming ideas, mapping user flows, and collaborating on early concepts.
