Goal:
Successfully transition into new ERP system with a custom solution that bridges gaps in sales, warehouse, and service workflows, while laying the foundation for a scalable automotive ecosystem.
Challenge and Pain Points:
The existing ERP system although robust, it is very cumbersome and the clickstream is extremely inefficient. This was creating workflow bottlenecks and poor user satisfaction. Key challenges included a lack a graceful way to create fitment tools for tires and rims, thus incurring a time-consuming manual processes in the sales process with end customers find very frustrating and time consuming. These issues led to delays for the sales team in finding accurate fitment information, inefficiencies in warehouse picking, and a need for clearer, faster sales interactions to improve customer experience.

Conducted cross-department interviews to identify frustrations with the existing ERP system, mapped workflows for key operations, and performed a competitive analysis of automotive shop software to address inefficiencies and improve processes.
